Anytime is The Best time For Tea

The ancient Chinese knew it, the Japanese and Indians did too. The British have known about it for centuries, and now the rest of the world is catching on. Tea is the greatest drink known to man, and for good reason. Not only is tea surprisingly healthy considering it contains antioxidants (the new buzz word in the world of health), but unlike other drinks of the world, there is no negative side effects or health concerns for drinking mass quantities.
Coffee is often seen as the nemesis of tea. Sure it’s warm and it keeps you awake, but the negative healthy effects are enough to make anyone switch to tea, and this is without considering how coffee makes you jittery and a little bit twitchy.
Not only is it healthy, but it makes for a very soothing break from the drudgery of everyday life, or even from staring at the human resource software screen at work. Taking ten minutes to get a coffee when you are stressed will only serve to make you even more stressed out (albeit with more energy!). With tea, you can erase all traces of stress, either from your job or from your personal life.
Anytime is the best time for tea! You can have a tea with your breakfast, on your way to work, at lunch, during your afternoon break, with dinner, before bed – there are no limits to when and where you can drink tea. And your body will thank you for it.
Try doing that with coffee, or Coke, or beer. You can’t do it. The effects on your system will be devastating. But with tea, you have no fears. And the more you drink it, the more you will feel its relaxing strengths.
But what about boredom, you may ask. No chance: there are so many varieties of tea that it isn’t possible to become bored.
Actually, come to think of it, I want a cup right now–
